PAYMENT Payment is required by credit or debit card and is deducted from your card on the day your order is made. Payments are managed by Paypal (see www.paypal.com). For your added security all payment transactions are processed automatically by Paypal, therefore we are not party to your personal credit card or bank details. All communication to you will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you order. When you receive a confirmation email please check that all details are correct, and if not please contact us immediately.
DELIVERY Deliveries will be via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified in your order/delivery confirmation. Deliveries for International customers should arrive within the normal delivery times as stated when you order, however, there are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. If you have not received your goods within 14 days of the specified delivery time then contact email@example.com quoting your order reference number. Packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order is shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the customer. Customers should check with local authorities concerning any applicable taxes, duties, and/or customs delays before placing your order. We are not responsible for any of these fees or delays.
CANCELING/RETURNING YOUR ORDER You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the Paypal secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number so we may cancel the order before it is shipped or arrange for its return if it has already been dispatched. In accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. We are happy to accept the return of unopened saleable goods within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we can not give refunds in relation to any CD, DVD, or other digital medium where the seal of which has been broken. Any item arriving damaged or found to be faulty may be returned and will be replaced, or a refund given if a replacement is unavailable.
